For more than two decades, Donna Jeter has partnered with families, educators, and institutional leaders around one foundational truth: education is most powerful when tailored to the whole learner. Driven by the conviction that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to growth, she has dedicated her career to helping students maximize their innate strengths while providing the structure and tools to thrive.
Donna holds a Master’s degree in Education, multi-state K–12 Teaching Credentials in Multiple Subjects, an English as a Second Language (ESL) Credential, and a K–12 Professional School Counseling License. Her extensive background bridges master classroom instruction, holistic student development, custom curriculum design, and strategic educational architecture.
She founded Penny Tree Education to give families a bespoke concierge service—one that honors non-traditional learning pathways and leverages real-world environments to support a child’s intellectual, academic, and personal development.
